For this game you will need to find something that you can eat and place it near you; such as a piece of fruit and also something that you can smell such as a flower from the garden.

I wonder if you could photograph the card (both sides) and add it to the post so I can remember what you did afterwards? Maybe write a note about how you prepped for this session too would help me eg you clearly had a sprig of lavender at hand and a banana!!
